The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) consumer protection regulations contain the rules that must be followed when we provide interstate transportation of household goods services to you, our customer.

The Department of Transportation requires that all moving companies must provide you with this booklet, “Know your rights and responsibilities when you move,” along with a written estimate for long-distance moves.
